LubeZone is looking for a General Manager! This role will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and managing the store location in its day to day operations. Their duties include scheduling, managing inventory, ordering, receiving parts, meeting budget goals and customer service. The best candidate for this role would be one who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, be able to train new employees and assist with hiring new team members; Someone who is goal oriented, strong leadership qualities and shows care for the customers and staff.
Responsible for day to day operations:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, related field, or related experience
• 3+ years’ experience in retail/store management, with a track record of increasing responsibility while building outstanding teams
• Experience with class 6, 7, and 8 semi-truck preventative maintenance preferred
• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution ability
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
