LubeZone, Inc. is a national provider of preventative maintenance solutions for the transportation industry. We are growing and looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!

This is a temp-to-hire position, with an initial three-month term and potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

We are seeking a sharp, results-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in collecting payments efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter, someone who takes the initiative and can manage receivables with precision and urgency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and other communication methods to secure outstanding balances.
• Reconcile accounts, process payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices being paid and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all collection efforts.
• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 2+ years of experience. in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related roles.
• Strong ability to negotiate and secure payments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a “shark-like” approach to collections.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite. DropTop is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the transportation or maintenance industry is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU 

• Hourly Rate: based off of experience $19-$24 per hour

• Position Type: Temporary (3 months) with potential for full-time hire.
• Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid – Some onsite work required)
